Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a UX/CX designer with a background in advertising, marketing and human-centred design. This has given me the opportunity to work across both business and consumer needs, bringing the two together to design compelling customer experiences and drive business results.
I’ve worked for companies both big and small, agency-side, in-house and as a consultant.
I grew up travelling the world with my family, meeting many different people and being immersed in different cultures. This is how I came to develop my interest in people from all walks of life and understanding how they tick. I have been a lifelong student, undertaking study throughout my career to hone my skills. After many years in advertising, I went back to university to study an MBA, as I was looking to transition into the corporate marketing world. This taught me a lot, but the most valuable thing of all was getting to know and learning from my fellow students. So, it felt inevitable that I would end up in UX/CX design, as it’s an ongoing journey of learning about people and their behaviours.
When I’m not working, I love to travel and discover new places and meet new people, enjoy sharing great food with friends and family and enjoying the arts.
